Claus did a fantastic job designing and moderating a team workshop with my leadership team: Coming out of the pandemic we met the first time f2f as complete team. Claus was my HR partner for several years in my role as the Global Operations Leader for Philips Healthcare and Royal Philips. Next to successfully leading the HR function for a very complex, global organization of over 55,000 employees which was going through significant transformation.
