Thomas Hübl is a modern mystic, a spiritual teacher whose work integrates the core insights of the great wisdom traditions with the discoveries of contemporary science, illuminating both with his profound understanding.
Thomas’s teachings offer a unique approach for living as a mystic in the “marketplace” of human activity. His work combines somatic awareness practices, advanced meditative practices, a sophisticated analysis of cultural architecture, and transformational processes that address trauma and shadow issues. His teachings aim to guide practitioners toward a deeper level of self-awareness—from an ego-centered worldview to a life of authentic expression, service, and alignment.
Thomas has taught me in simple terms the essence of trauma and its consequences in disconnection leading to numbness and restlessness as well as the tools which enable re-connection and a path to wholeness.

Wilbert is a teacher, guide, shaman born into the community of drums, music and rituals of New Orleans. Building on the roots of his ancestors he evolved the neo-shamanic ritual of Trance Dance as spiritual techniques that have the power to induce healing and transformation. His core believe is that all roads lead to a place we refer to as the heart: ‘In my childhood this feeling came through powerfully in communal music, cultural chants and ‘second line’ ecstatic dance. Through experience I have learned that the doorway to every authentic spiritual moment I encountered invariably had a sign on the door that said “I don’t know”. Another word for “I don’t know” is mystery… and I soon understood that my biggest mystery was myself. So my journey turned inwards even more. The more I explored my heart, the more I began to trust what my heart was saying to me and so the more spiritual my life became. I continue to hold dearly the idea that the evolution of my soul lies in my own hands and my hands are not the only hands playing this drum.’
Wilbert has introduced me to the mystery and healing potential of deep spiritual connection and inspired courage in me to explore the deeper layers of my soul.

Christine is a transformational coach and founder of Your Core Lab, providing bespoke programs for transformation. Christine helps people to grapple with a world that is increasingly hard to comprehend, encouraging us to focus our minds on the essential questions we could be asking ourselves today. Christine’s work is based on neuroscience, with a key understanding of neuroplasticity. Her understanding of the neurobiology of emotion underlines the practical activities that she has designed to gain insight into the real core emotions that cause our reactions, and the ability to choose our actions. As a neurodiversity specialist, she understands that every human brain has a different way of processing information, and consequently facilitates the development of healthy compensation strategies. Her career spans over 20 years in Education, Governance, Coaching, Workshop Facilitation and Project Management in the UK, Kenya, South Africa and Uganda. Christine is a winner of the International Alliance for Women (TIAW), World of Difference 100 Award 2013. Viktor Schauberger (1885 – 1958, Austria) was an Austrian forest caretaker, naturalist, scientist, philosopher, inventor and experimenter.
Viktor Schauberger was one of the most insightful pioneers in the field of water and energy research. His son Walter Schauberger translated his ideas into mathematics and geometry to provide more insight into the essence of energy creation and transformation in nature, specifically the importance of the hyperbolic cone, spirals and egg shapes in nature.
Viktor Schauberger’s work has deeply inspired me in my early years and opened up my curiosity around the principles of the transformational process in nature.
